Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the order date to return the product and request a refund. You may return any item bought on glucotonic.com under the terms below.

A return authorization must be requested and approved within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@glucotonic.com.

Returned products must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged) and must include all original accessories.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

  • Books with visible signs of use; CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 90 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming we have it, along with the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • Reach out to your bank — there is often a processing period before refunds appear.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, send us an email at support@glucotonic.com and we will provide return instructions.

Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 90 days from the delivery date.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund directly to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
